KC 1311 Flush Mount LED Light

9. Connect the red wire to a 9 - 32V positive power source and the black to chassis ground (negative).

Use the template below to cutout and install your flush mount LED light into your bumper or other flat surface.

1. Cut template on all dashed lines.

2. Tape the template to the surface where you will be mounting the light Ensure that the

template is level with the vehicle before cutting hole.

3. Center punch each of the four 1/4” screw holes on the template.

4. Using a marker, outline the hole to be cut on the mounting surface.

5. Cut out the hole. DO NOT SQUARE THE CORNERS. Leave the 3/8” radius as shown.

6. Drill the four 1/4” holes that were previously center punched.

7. Insert the light into the hole. Tip light forward slightly allowing the molded mount to pass

through first.

8. Insert all four bolts. Add washers and nuts on the back and tighten securely.

10. If you are not tying into an existing switching system, we suggest using KC switch kit #6308 or #6315.
