Removing the Bumper...

Before installing the KC light bar you

must remove the bumper bolts.

1. There are four bolts, two on either

side of the tow hooks located

through the gap in front of the

bumper (see photo A). Remove

them with an 18mm socket.

2. Let the bumper drop down. It will

only drop about 2 inches.

3. Retain the factory hardware (bolts

and nut plates), they will be

needed to secure the light bar.

Installing the Light Bar...

1. Hold the KC Light Bar up and align

the holes in the light bar, bumper

and frame, then start threading

the factory bolts in the nut plates

by hand.

2. Once all of the bolts are started,

align the bumper and tighten the

four bolts.

3. Install the KC Lights of your choice

and enjoy.
