Parts Included:

1 - Light Bar 2 - M12 1.75 x

35mm bolt

1 - Instructions 3 - M12 Flat

washer

2 - 1/2” x 1 1/4” bolt 1 - Passenger

side frame bracket

2 - 1/2” lock washer 1 - Driver side

frame bracket

2 - 1/2” Nut 2 - 1” x 3 ½”

Spacer plate

2 - M12 1.75 x 50mm bolt

Installing the Bar

1. Locate the front tow hooks.

2. Remove both the bottom and inner bolts from each tow hook and discard.

3. Place an M12 flat washer on each of the M12 35mm bolts.

4. Install both driver and passenger frame brackets using one each side of the M12 1.75 x 35mm

bolts. NOTE - Do not install the inside bolts at this time.

5. Align the frame brackets with the single bolt hole on the bottom and the two holes on the inside

of the frame. NOTE - The rear bottom hole of the bracket will line up with the inside hole for the

tow hook and the rear inside hole of the bracket will line up with the inside hole for the tow hook.

6. Hold the light bar in position with the rear hole of the light bar lined up with the rear inside hole

for tow hook and frame bracket.

7. Insert a spacer on each side between the light bar and frame bracket, then start each of the

M12 1.75 x 50mm through the light bar, spacer, frame bracket and into the tow hook.

8. Place one of the supplied 1/2” bolts through each of the forward holes of the light bar, spacer

and frame bracket, then start the lock washer and nut.

9. Adjust the light bar up or down to the desired height and fit. NOTE - The light tabs on the bar

should parallel the lines of the truck.

10. Tighten all hardware.

You’re DONE! - - - - - - - Install your KC lights and enjoy.
