NOTE - For safety and maximum stability, it is important that this bar be mounted on a flat surface (no contour or

curves).

Parts Included Tools Needed

1 - Light Bar Drill Motor

2 - Backing Plates 7/16 Drill Bit

2 - 7/16 x 1 1/2 Bolts 5/8 Socket & Driver w/Extension

2 - 7/16 Lock Nuts 11/16 Wrench

4 - 7/16 Flat Washers

Installing the Bar

1. Find an area on you front bumper where the ends of the bar will sit flat on the face of your bumper and

temporarily mark its location around the ends of the light bar. NOTE - At this point, ensure the location allows

enough clearance for the lights you intend to mount.

2. Check that the supplied backing plates will fit and sit flat on the inside of the bumper where the light bar is to

be mounted. NOTE - These brackets can be turned in any position to sit flat on the inside of the bumper.

3. Measure and mark the center of your bumper with a vertical line in the area that the bar is to be mounted.

4. Measure out 13 inches from the center vertical line in both directions and mark with a vertical line. NOTE -

These vertical lines should be in the general area of the temporary marks you made in step 1.

5. Place your bar over the outer vertical lines, level the light bar and mark through the center of the light bar

mounting holes.

6. Set the bar aside and confirm all marks are level and centered. Holes should measure 26” center to center.

7. Drill the two marked holes with a 7/16” drill bit.

8. Hold the light bar in place and insert the supplied bolts with washer through the bar then bumper. Add the

backing plate to the back of the bumper, then the washer and lock nut.

9. Before tightening the bolts, ensuring the backing plates are rotated to fit as flat as possible on the back of the

bumper. Tighten both bolts.

You’re DONE! - - - - - - - Install your KC lights and enjoy.
